Safedem views the working relationship with environmental organisations such as SEPA (Scottish Environmental Protection Agency) as vital to the safe working throughout all of our demolition projects. 

Strong relationships have been formed over the years ensuring safe working methods and employment of safe working practices to protect our environment.  Strict controls and intense supervision are employed during all of our decontamination works.  Staff are supplied not only with the most appropriate protective clothing and equipment but are trained to the highest standard. 

All of our projects comply with current regulations and Codes of Practice.  Risk assessments are thorough, taking into consideration sampling, handling and disposal of materials.  Monitoring of the project is constant with ongoing inspection and testing and continual staff briefings.
