At Safedem, we can draw on four generations of experience in the field of conventional demolition.  Countless buildings have been demolished in the conventional way but each project is different and so each project must be assessed individually. 

From the outset of a project we identify the most appropriate and economical demolition technique, usage of most appropriate plant and machinery, and the most suitably trained personnel, taking in to account safety, the environment and contract programme,  All required resources are fed into the project to ensure a seamless programme. 

The project is closely supervised following our quality management system.  All processes are scrutinised and recorded up to the completion of the project.  Each project is assessed beyond completion to review performance as we continually strive for improvements.
