In recent years Safedem has been involved in the successful demolition of over 20 high-rise buildings by the controlled use of explosives all of which have been 15 storeys or more in height. With this unrivalled experience north of the border, Safedem has led and developed a close working relationship with a highly experienced team of experts. 

As part of the complete package, Safedem have dedicated Community Liaison Officers who have been responsible for the planning, co-ordination and safe evacuation of up to 1400 households in advance of establishing safe exclusion zones to facilitate explosive demolition.
